It took twice as long to complete the woek as I was told. I was then told a time, and it took two hours longer. More so than that, the parts mark-up is jusr ridiculous ! I had a timing belt kit put on. The parts charge was $500. I could have bought the exact brand kit from Rock Auto for $193 ! I also had them replace the serpentine belt. Your charge was $48. The MOST expensive one on Rock was $19, some were as little as $9. I know every company marks up parts, but that is absurd. I believe that the mechanic did a good job though, as it is running well and has no leaks so far. I have used this location for oil & filter changes and tire rotations for almost three years, and thought that I would give them a chance to do these repairs. The store manager, Hayat, had to also be in the shop helping the tech's do work on other vehicles. I would not want his job. Every time I come here, there is ALWAYS a new manager and different personnel ! You must need to treat your employees differently ! All in all, It was NOT a pleasant experience.

Before I brought my truck to Midas, I checked a few places for prices because I did not want to pay $100. I found Midas At $99.99 with a $20 off coupon online so I printed it off and brought it in. While waiting in line to be served which did not take long that was a good thing I glanced up to the menu board and it did say front and alignment $99.99, therefore I thought I would be getting out $79 plus tax. But the computer rang up $119.99 so I just disputed charges with the bank and took off the $20 coupon plus the sales tax and resubmitted a different price of $314.13. Instead of the original $335.75 which included the front and alignment and a brand new battery which I definitely needed it and I appreciated you finding that problem for me before I got on the highway . But the register put in the wrong price and I was quoted 99 on the phone. It said $99 on the menu board at the store so I just corrected it. Thank you the bank will be contacting you.

The manager Terrence G at this location was beyond unethical. He was absurdly pushy about getting me to agree with $1,300 in services that he quoted me. I explained that financially I can't afford over $200 a month and that I want a second opinion before moving forward with any repairs. He then had the audacity to tell me that because I don't have children that's why I think over $200 a month is a lot of money. He continued to TELL me why I can afford this and that he has 5 kids and can afford x,y, and z. The fact he had the nerve to tell me how to handle my own finances and tell me how to live my life is absolutely unreal. I would like to speak to his boss immediately. I will also be including all of this on a Google review.

I was originally VERY angry when I arrived at this location. I scheduled my appointment several days before the service day, and had spoken to Robert. He DID NOT put my appointment on the schedule ! I had driven about one hour from Casa Grande. Thank-fully Luis was able to get me in almost immediately and have my service performed ! Robert should be at the very least, reprimanded, and maybe more ! Thank goodness for Luis, as I might never have come back there again !

Had a 1:30pm appointment for an oil change that took almost 3 hours. Half of the time was waiting for my truck to be pulled in, the bulk of the remaining time was the inspection on every thing else they could find to try to price me on additional things. Next time I will go somewhere else that will do my oil change quicker.

I bought a groupon and there was no restrictions on the type of vehicle. I was told my lift on my truck was not available with groupon. You need to add that to your Groupon deal. Otherwise I wouldnt have bought it. Now i'm having a hard time getting a refund. 100.00 for the groupon and 139.00 I paid cash for the alignment. Instead of saving money I wasted money because your deal on Groupon was not specific with restrictions. ADD RESTRICTIONS TO YOUR GROUPON!!!

Give me my $233 back. Diagnosis was wrong. They didn't check to see my a/c was still broken, after I paid.They offered to continue the work Monday 5/22 at a price of $2700. Their initial diagnostic was worthless. Not sure i needed a recharge but the a/c remains broken.The $233 i paid for diagnostic and recharging fixed nothing. I don't pay $233 for an agreement to get the a/c fixed later for an additional $2700That guy at the desk,, Chris Peters acted like he was the one being treated poorly. Not me.I feel I made a charitable contribution of $233 to Midas.

Refrain from adjusting sun visors with greasy hands. When performing a tire repair make sure that, that tires psi is acceptable with the other 3 on the truck. Also, it does not take 2 and a half hours for an oil change and tire patch.
Oil change was done at another Midas location while I was traveling out of state. I encountered a leak and my local Midas handled the problem. I was very pleased with how considerate they were and how quickly they took care of my car's issue. Excellent customer service, I will definitely continue to take my car there for servicing.

I been coming to the same Midas on Lindsey and Main for 10 years and been satisfied with them.
I was told the work would take about 3 hours. It was actually closer to 7 hours. I understand that suspension work is time consuming and uncertain until you actually start doing the work—I do get it.
The cost for the work performed was super reasonable ! Tyler seemed like a good technician, and Chris at the desk was professional and informative. They did a complete review of my 2004 Tundra and pointed out a few issues, without trying to over-sell me ! Kudos to him for that ! We have all seen the hidden camera videos of shops "ripping" unsuspecting/unknowledgeable people off ! Please keep this shop honest and fair ! Chris also gave me a reasonable estimate for work that I will need to have done in the future. I have already refered this store to several people in Casa Grande. It is worth an hour drive to find competent and HONEST mechanics these days ! This store gets a 10 from me ! If nothing else.....give them all an "atta boy" at the Mesa-Main St store ! Thank-you ! I came in for a simple oil change but the guys noticed big issues with all my tires. He looked up all the tire options available and gave me a bunch of options for getting financing to help pay for them. He was even able to include my oil change in that so I paid nothing out of pocket until my financing payment is due. To top it off the guy is willing to stay after hours for me to get to the location after work Monday to get my service done and gave me a discount on the alignment. Never had such incredible service on any part of my vehicle as good as Midas. Never going anywhere else.
Be thorough with your work. I came in for oil which caused the “Maintenance Required” light to come on and after my oil change the light is still on and online steps won’t reset it
Robert was extremely helpful and took the time to walk me through the process of buying new tires and even helped me compare prices. Ultimately I bought 4 new tires and an alignment and am very happy with my purchase.

We are winter visitors to Mesa and our jeep had a fluid leak and needed an oil change. I attended with the jeep, explained the problem, but had to leave due to an ongoing comittment. The nature of the needed repairs was explained and determined to have both brake lines replaced. This work and the oil change was done in the time frame promised.

I serviced all three of my vehicles this weekend. Robert, Caleb, and the mechanics were efficient, friendly, and extremely helpful in explaining the service that was rendered as well as the details of the additional repairs needed. Robert not only answered questions but was willing to pull up the visual aides to further explain the function and problem relating to each part. I really felt that everyone there catered to my vehicles uniqueness, prioritizing the critical needs, along with explaining what could be done for preventative care. I will definitely return for the other ticket items needed and recommend Midas to my friends and family.
The only issue I have is that there have been two times where I've heard questionable noises when I go over speed bumps and both times they said they didn't hear anything after the service. The noise was still very noticeable after both occasions. I don't quite trust the thoroughness of their test drives. Other than that, the other services I've had done were great and the staff is very friendly
Price quoted for labor was less than charged, put other cars in front of mine for completion.
Brought vehicle in for an oil change and asked if they could take it for a test drive because something did not sound right. Returned less then 5 min and then broke down as to what the issue was. Not only told me but literally showed me. We then went over the costs of the repairs and my options. Very please and left feeling confident that I would be safe driving the car as we just purchased it a month prior.
Robert was friendly and extremely helpful. He set up a pick up and drop for me which made it easier to work around my work hours since I work from home. He was able to let me know what to expect, from pricing to service, and he went above and beyond to get me a better price and service. I’m very happy with the service I received and the amount of time it took to get my truck in and out.

I scheduled an appointment for the next morning. I arrived at 8:00 and Robert got me in right away. They did an inspection of my car and found a couple of issues. Robert explained them to me and even showed me pictures. No pressure to fix them now, but I will return for the repairs. I feel confident in their honesty and work.

Unfortunately they did not seal the oil pan drain plug or torque it properly. Oil leaked in my driveway and my tire pressure gauge came on when driving it for the first time after my appt.
The new management team is amazing. I have had issues with my vehicle for 2 yrs and the new management has been able to find and fix my vehicle in a affordable and timely manner.

I'm running a brand new vehicle. And you guys tried to upsell me $3,000 worth of work to that vehicle. And the thing is I know enough about vehicles to know that almost all of what was recommended is unnecessary. I watched the associate try to upsell thousands of dollars worth of work to every customer that came in that day. I sat there for the entire process for several hours. And every customer that came in the associate tried to upsell thousands of dollars worth of work to. And I'm sorry, there's just no way.
I must say, Tyler was a great help, finished my information on the application for pmt.Once the process started , done in a timely manner. I had made an appt for a Monday, whiich i know better, than a Monday or Friday.
Make sure you have product on hand for people who schedule an appointment. Two hours for oil change is horrible!

This is the worst car service visit I ever encountered in my life. The mechanic LOST my only original engine key. He broke other part of the car (under car hood) and not even put it back. When I drove the car back home, the car stopped working in next day (which caused me unable to go to work on that day - lost paid for one day). The car not working was due to mechanic's CARELESS and UNPROFESSIONAL workmanship. Now my car has broken part and I have LOST the only original engine key (and I WANT it back!!!). MIDAS didn't even compensate me a dime to cover for all the loss and inconvenience I am facing. This is very very very disappointed, frustrated how Midas serves its customer. This is the WORST service I ever encountered in the last 40 years. No more MIDAS from now on - bad service, bad treatment and didn't care or compensate what I have lost.

Mike and his crew correctly diagnosed the problem as a faulty idle pulley when other people were saying the high pitched whine was from the transmission. New pulley and serpentine belt were all that was needed.
