Work was done on my company vehicle at another repair shop. When taking to Midas for oil change, they identified a safety issue that should have been fixed by the previous repair shop. They were amazing during the initial visit and the follow-up to ensure that the safety issue was addressed. I appreciate the kindness, professionalism and overall amazing customer service that was provided at this location. I live an hour and a half away from this location and visited because it is close to a work location. Even though it is a long distance, I will continue to go to this location because of the service I received.
I had A/C problems brought the car in and was told what they had to do and it would be 360.00. Fine paid it and then two weeks later same thing happened brought it back in was told there must be a leak and they would check it out. I was told it was an easy repair and they did not charge me. Then again two weeks later same problem brought it in and it was looked at and then I was told there wasn’t a mechanic in AZ that could fix it but he has somebody that can fix it and it would be 900.00 plus. That’s when I walked away. Three times same problem. I feel Midas should refund the 300.00 plus dollars I paid the first time since it was not fixed. I really thought I found a good place with honest workers that I could take my car to. Every time I come in, it seems there were always new guys. It’s too bad as I would have been a very loyal customer but when you take advantage I am done. Again, I want my money refunded.
i was apprised of what was needed, how much it would cost and approximately when I could expect to have the job done. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. What more could one expect?
I came in and they said I need Freon charge so they charged compressor. I came back and said compressor turns on and off so they said I needed a compressor, changed the compressor 3 times and a condenser and sti doesn’t blow cold . All of that just to find out the compressor wouldn’t stay on because radiator fan relay was out . It was better when I can in then after 2 thousand dollars I paid
my problem was worse than I thought. they took good care of my car. it's like new again

When I arrived, the manager knew exactly who I was from my phone call earlier in the day. He helped me as soon as he could, and gave me a time estimate on my car, and it was completed before the time given as an estimate. He was very friendly and professional.

Your staff could notify the customer of problem before they decide to create alibi why they couldn't fix vehicles before end of day.
I was happy that the work got done quickly as I am only in town for a short time. The staff were friendly and responsive. The financing was mentioned but not that it was a credit card. My only complaint and why I am not likely to return is the overall cost. The normal shop I go to were unable to get me in due to a backlog of work and recommended your shop as trustworthy and worth checking out. I am pleased with the work and the staff just was way more expensive, even the other shop was shocked when I told them the pricing. Glad that the repairs got done well and quickly, and like I said staff were great.
I thought it was the muffler on the 2015 Malibu and they found that the last repair shop stripped the threads on the air cleaner and outside air was bypassing the filter. The associate mechanic put oversized screws in and that fixed the problem. No cost. They are professional and have great customer service.

I took my car in for analysis of a catalytic converter alarm. After all day Saturday I was told the diagnosis was inconclusive and they recommended replacing both BUT asked me to leave it until Monday so the “expert” could look at it. Late Monday I was told the”expert” wasn’t scheduled so w[e still didn’t know what the problem was. Fully disappointed, I asked if there was any diagnosis charge and was told $200. I protested as no diagnosis was performed. I was told they’d check with with tech for his hours and call me back. I never received that call, and Tuesday the agent was off. So I picked up my car never to return to Midas!

Don’t charge people for an alignment & not do a complete alignment. And provide the before & after print out.

They were able to get me in and out quickly.
I have submitted a complaint to Midas Corporation about the behavior and the way the location is doing business. I will not return and I will tell anyone who will listen to me why and I will highly suggest that others take their business elsewhere also.
Well I've been using Midas this location for years and in other states as well and I really never had a problem and also the prices are usually pretty good and they work is good and the people are fine. Nothing to complain about

the work [welding] was perfect.The staff were very professionalthe only hick-cup was I arrived at 0900 and originally told the work will be done by 11:00. then they had to go to the warehouse for the muffler and receivedthe wrong one so in the end the vehicle was ready for pick up at 5p.m.

Honesty. One of the techs broke my driver side window button and didn't say anything. I now need to fix that on top of the mess that was created when I took my van to get fixed. I ended up paying for a service that wasn't completed. I paid over $300 to get my ac fixed. But instead left with a broken high pressure hose and no ac. Returned the next day with the fixed hose for them to call my husband back to tell him there was another problem they couldn't fix. So I got charged for basically coming in and leaving with my van in worse condition. I am now $300 plus down for absolutely no resolve and have to fix more than what I should. Since it was your tech who blew my hose in the first place.
My favorite and only place I go to! The workers are very friendly and appreciate all the help they provide on what vehicle needs or needs in future.

Ryan was great! He was professional and explained everything and he gave me an estimate of the work needed. He knew that the van needed work was owned by my mom and she had passed unexpectedly and I needed to sell it. He also knew my mom had taken her van to Midas for a couple of years and he gave me a break on the work. I really appreciated him and will come back again

If a customer has an appointment but the replacement parts are not on hand, call the customer and tell him. Don't wait until he shows up for his appointment. Your prices are too high, both for parts and labor.

Saturday on holiday weekend no appt and they managed to get parts and repair same day.

checked my ac, performed necessary work, said to bring in again in few weeks to check for leaks at no charge and no appt necessary.
I made an appointment and then had to cancel it kinda on short notice. Richard was very understanding. Called like a week or so later and got my car in for a Full Synthetic Oil Change. The time was perfect.(early morning for me) He also got me a Lyft ride home and then back again.(And paid for it) No one has ever done that before. This Midas is truly honest and I appreciate that. Will be going to them for a long time.. Thank you guys!!

First of all it was very affordable, I had a 49.99 for synthetic coupon for a different location and the manager at the store said it wouldn’t be a problem him honoring it. Then he explained the whole process to me I was in and out of there in a reasonable amount of time. Don’t change a thing keep doing what you guys are doing.

We went to a different Midas location and we're not treated well. When we got to this location, the staff were friendly and the location was great. We left the car for an oil change during a time they were busy and they still had it done in under an hour!

I have always taken my cars to Midas and been great. The past few times though the oil gauge has not been reset to 100 after for some reason and this last visit nothing was gone over with me before I left.
