Refund after returning 3 timesin a month
I went to the location on I 17 and Dunlap and went through 3 clutches in 4 months. I was taken advantage of and ripped off which is something we are going to re visit. Miguel at Indian school and 60 ave was awesome. He made sure the clutch was replaced correctly he was up front and honest and runs a great team at that location. I will recommend him to anybody with car issues .

Like I stated before, I had the first appointment at 8:00 in the morning and it took them over 2 hours to replace four tires on my vehicle. Other than that all of the guys were super helpful and knowledgeable. And helped me figure out what I needed to do next with my vehicle.

After feeling my alternator belt rip apart on the freeway, I immediately pulled over, knowing I wasn't going to make it back home. Luckily, I just happened to be right next to this Midas location when it happened. I received a friendly greeting, received prompt service, paid a very reasonable price, and was in and out in roughly an hour. That beats any and all previous experiences I've had with a mechanic.
Mechanics/staff did not try to tell me something was wrong with my car and scare me into getting extra services. Got same day apt and didn't have to wait long on a Saturday.

The Manager who greeted me and explained the service and pricing was very friendly and professional. They guy who did the work was also top notch. I had mistakenly gone to Firestone first. They were rude condescending, used bait and switch and wanted me to wait 2 and a half hours. I said I would like to go shopping but they insisted I wait or make a future appointment. After that horrible experience, Midas was 100% everything a customer could hope for. Thanks for the excellent service and friendly experience!

I went to Midas because a co-worker of mine showed me the detailed report of inspection that they did on her car and I was expecting the same. But I did not get a detailed inspection report. I did not get my change engine oil light reset. I did not get a call when my car was finished. I just showed up 2 hours later and asked him if they were done and they said yes. I asked him if I needed new brakes and he's like well or the brakes making noise? I asked him if he did the inspection report and told him I didn't get a text message and at that point he sent me a text message that said 16 points on my car was perfect but I don't know which 16 points they looked at and I really don't think they inspected 16 points. This car is old and I expected to pay 4 to 600 on repairs that they suggested but they didn't suggest any repairs or no flushes or no replacement parts

I scheduled my appointment and went to the wrong Midas location. I called and said what I had done to let them know so I would not be a no show. After speaking to them I decided to go to them and I was 12 minutes late. They got me in right away and I was out within half an hour.
They could fit me in for my oil change that day. The guy at the front was very nice and informative.

My first point of contact when showing up at Midas with my musclecar was the store manager James. He was exceptionally professional, helpful, communicative and very friendly. When the warranty had to be escalated to the corporate level due to the fact that my warranty is no longer offered by Midas, Ryan, the general manager stepped in and took care of all the legwork required to honor the lifetime parts and labor warranty. I have shared the story of how these gentlemen at Midas went out of their way to take care of my car many times already with other Pontiac car club members here in Phoenix and in Tucson and highly recommended Midas on I-17/Dunlap in Phoenix. I'll give Midas a call first if ever having a problem with any of my three vehicles in the future.
The owner explained the problems that he found by showing me on the car AND in photos. He explained pricing for repairs and potential savings. I found a coupon on the appointment website for my oil change which was awesome.
It's was very quick and easy to make an appointment online. Then when I showed up I walked in they took my car right away. It looks less than than an hour for them to be done. They took videos and explained everything. They also sent me the pictures. Everyone was very nice and everything was very clean.
Well I was asked to come back after a faulty part was put in my vehicle. The workers can't control that but THEN when they replaced the part the workers put the filter in upside down. So my son and I had to wait almost 3 hours for one full oil change. And no one offered my money back or any kind of retribution even after admitting the technicians at fault
Came in for an oil change and was told that I need all new brakes, three tires, shocks and suspension. My vehicle brakes perfectly and three of my tires are in good condition.

the manager required I buy a new oil drain plug. Had to go to a parts store to get it. (He had suggested I bring one with me, but I misunderstood him). He knew about this problem. I find it interesting that he had both air filters in stock, but not the drain plug that he was sure I would need.

Don’t tell the young adults that come into your shop that you’ll give them a better discount on their oil change compared to where they had it done previously. It costed me more for an oil change here than it would at the dealership… and yet Steve, the manager of the store told me he would give me an oil change for $40. Instead, I was charged $110! Then i was told my oil was clean and there was a leak. Instead of advising me to take my car back to where I had it serviced last, they decided to continue with the oil change. I’m never taking my car here again.
They did not reset my car's oil change notification so it is still going off every time I start my car which makes me question if the work I paid for was actually completed.
Midas is the only company that keeps my cars maintained. I've been coming to midas for many years.
I was happy with the service I received from Midas. The gentleman who helped me was great. He didn’t talk to me like I didn’t understand what was he was explaining to me about what needs attention on my car. Being a lady, I get that a lot. But not at Midas.

Get a battery reader that works, I was told there were issues with the battery, however it was fine. The technition did not seem like he knew what he was doing. It took about 45 min longer than expected. No education from staff about why services were needed, I wish they would have shown me the leakage.
After the service was complete, I got into my vehicle and the was oil all over the headliner. I spoke to the employee and he stated that I can go to autozone or oreillys and purchase a can of rug cleaner to take it off.
Steve was awesome! I dread dealing with mechanics and auto shops more than the dentist. But this guy completely changed my perspective. His communication and professionalism is top tier. I know where I'm going whenever my car needs work!

He could have explained the taxes and price breakdown before doing work on my car. And he was talking very loud across from me about personal issues with another customer then he answered all the phone calls while I'm waiting to get my keys back.

I've been a loyal customer at this location for many, many years. I've always been satisfied with the service. Only one time was I not satisfied and addressed it, it was corrected. But the time it took out of my day was not satisfactory.

Oil change took 1 1/2 hrs. Car didn’t get airborne until about 30 minutes. Oil didn’t get drained for another 20 minutes and the techs spent a lot of time grouped up chatting. I complained twice during my appointment.

I only returned to Midas after the same issue recurred for the third time in 3 months. I had planned never to come back to Midas after a terrible experience earlier this year. Midas staff were supposed to diagnose the current problem and provide a quote. Instead they claimed to fix the problem and provided a bill. No service had been authorized. The staff member gave inaccurate info to the store owner. We took our own test drive and found another issue. Midas claims it's the catalytic converter and that my Kia Sedona has two converters. My lookup shows there's only one catalytic converter. I am completely dissatisfied with the service after being a long-term customer for over 15 years. I will not come back again.

This is the 2nd time I have gone to this Midas and it is the 2nd time they did not do what was promised on their oil change check list.1. They did not too off or fill my windshield washer fluid.2. After one week my air pressure warning for my tires went on

Everything went great except the guy working on my car put 60 lbs of air pressure in one of my front tires. I could have died if the tire had blown so I was extremely upset about that
I have always had the best service with Midas until this visit. After we drove home the tire pressure light came on and upon taking it back to Midas the guy that worked on my car (William) put 60 lbs PSI in 1 of my tires. I am grateful the tire did not explode while driving on the highway to Midas to pick up my husbands truck.

Fast service, but realized they didn't rotate my tires even though I requested it and they confirmed it was part of the service. The tire rotation was the main reason I went there in the first place! They also pulled a couple of codes (my check engine light is on) and just said take this to the dealer rather than trying to diagnose it for me like my usual place (Firestone) would, so now I have to make an appointment somewhere else to get a diagnosis, which is costing me more time and worry.
The service at Midas was great. The technicians did a their job and filled me in on everything at every turn. I will definitely return when necessary.
When I took the car in I explained that I had just purchased. I also explained that I had recently had the front pads replaced. However I was still hearing a squealing noise. After the inspection I was told the the rotors needed to be resurfaced and the front passenger side tire didnt have the tire pressure valve. The valve was replaced and the front rotors were resurfaced but they missed the fact that the same front passenger tire was a different size from the other tires.
These guys know what they're doing they're the best at it I recommend anybody who has problems with the car to come and see him these guys are the best

Went because of a special they had on oil changes, they were friendly, but my truck started leaking oil fee days after, oil filter was loose lost almost all the oil,has to buy more so much for the good deal.
