Doug responded immediately to an online appointment. I dropped car off at 12:45pm and picked it up at 5pm. 4 wheel complete brake job with 4 rotors and 4 brake pads. My car is a 2019 Audi SQ5. Doug used German parts. Half the price of dealer.

I came in for a the usual oil change but since my car has not been serviced since I purchased it used in 2018, I know it would need extra TLC. My oil change, plus some other maintenance like belts and filters plus new front tires took less than a couple hours which fit in with my schedule. Midas was great at providing assessments and fixes to my car maintenance.

The current BOGO oil change promotion says “SECOND OIL CHANGE CAN BE REDEEMED FOR YOURSELF, FAMILY OR A FRIEND WITHIN 9 MONTHS”. I called and made appointments for the first car on 5/31 and the second car on 6/7. When I presented the coupon at the check-in, Doug didn’t mention any stipulations. But after I paid for the service, he told me that the second oil change was only good for the exact same car. When I pointed out that there was no such stipulation mentioning in the fine prints and why it’d be good for family and friend if it had to be the exact same car, he insisted that it was in the fine prints and refused to cooperate. This is a false advertisement and I feel that I’ve been scammed. Please stay true to your advertisement and honor the second oil change for my friend’s car.
I went in with concerns about life of both my tires and brakes and was provided with solutions for both. A time table was laid out for maintenance of my brakes for the future, but suggestions and pricing for tires were given and discussed.

Please call to discuss. My rotors and brake pads (front and back) were changed in May of 2022, they told me my back brake pads and rotors needed to be completely replaced already, roughly 11k miles(March 2023). I understand the brake pads but not rotors. They almost charged me for brake pads as well but I had to mention that they were under warranty from the previous service. Mechanic obviously didn’t check the computer for service records. I feel like at some point I was charged for un necessary work or un completed work

When I called and made the appointment, the rep quoted me $89 for the services. When I paid for the services, it was $125. When I brought this up to the rep checking me out, he said "well, that was the base price, before these add-ons".... But the biggest issue was that they promised to rotate my tires, as it was included in the price. I marked one of the tires before turning in the vehicle in to see if it got rotated. While waiting, I reminded the Manager to rotate the tires and he confirmed. When I checked out and paid, I noticed that my marked tire had not been moved, so the Manager lied about rotating my tires. The Manager brought the tech over to my car and I showed both of them my tire mark and then the Tech lied to us and said he rotated the tires. They both lied to me. Then the Tech said "I can rotate them right now if you want", which was odd, because, why offer to rotate them again if he already done so? I didn't trust them, departed, and had another facility rotate my tires.
I was not given a choice of tires or pricing during my initial phone call nor did I receive any military discount like their competitors do. The tires were not standard ( ie goodrich, Firestone)
I went in for a simple oil change and was told that not only was my battery bad (I have zero issues with my car started so it’s doubtful) but that my wiper blades are torn (which I just replaced) and that all four tires need to be replaced cause they’re bald (I just had two replace less than a year ago and the other two are far from bald. My father is a mechanic and I’ve been raised to know how to take care of my vehicle) I felt as if I was being taken advantage of for just taking my car in for a simple oil change.
In less than an hour from the time I arrived my car was finished! Everyone was friendly and polite and it was better than any other place I’ve tried in Napa.
Doug was awesome. He was super polite and welcomed me to the store. Walked me through the condition of my tires and did not push me into any unwanted service.
In my past visits here there was an employee named Robert (I think) who went through the vehicle and pointed out areas of future concern from "you should do this now" to "you can wait to do this but be aware". He was attentive to detail and overall, this was a much better experience than just the simple oil change that I got. It was more expensive, but to me it was worth knowing more about the shape of my car.
