The cost of replacing my front brakes and rotors was extremely and unexpectedly high and there were no discounts available. I am a regular customer and would have expected some kind of discount when I expressed dismay at the cost. Estimates online for the materials and work (specific to a Honda Civic - my model) were between 200 and 500 per axle (with an average total cost of $300). You charged me $565.65 just for the front axle and an additional $129.99 for Rear Brake Adjustment.

I was able to schedule an appointment. My car was taken in at the given time. THe length of service was shared with me upon drop off. My car's service was completed at the time I was promised.
I went in for a check and they tried to up sell me tires and brakes I didn’t need.
Anthony helped me determine what tire I needed in a professional courteous manner. Ali helped change my tire. They both went above and beyond usual service.
The simple oil change took 2 hours. I was told that wrong filter was ordered and they had to wait for the correct filter. I ended up with a huge leak in my garage. I was told to bring it back and see the manager. The manager wasn’t there. They supposedly fixed it but did not give me satisfactory explanation of what happened. The person was abrupt and told me they just had to clean it up. The leak is still there but it’s smaller. I’m not happy at all.
I had my wheels aligned the same day, within an hour-long appointment, in a transparent and professional manner. The fees were lower than elsewhere, which brightened my ride back home!
I tried scheduling online and got a response that someone would call me but no one did. I called the next day and they gave me an appointment and we confirmed the discounted price. When I showed up for the appointment they didn't register my discount but they gave it to me with no hassle.

The attendant is a very professional young man with a calm demeanor . He is not being pushy or overly dramatic about repairs that need to be done...The place is light and spacious and clean and all other employees passing through seemed courteous and respectful .
To change oil it tools almost 45 minutes while others can do it in 20 minutes. Anyway I like it very much the complete check that the mechanic did at my car.

I would like Midas to change the part they’ve damaged while trying to change my tires.They broke the pressure sensor and tried to say it was already broken which it was not. I was receiving pressure readings just before the service.
Although the manager wasn't rude, his attitude and complaining about life and people made for a very unpleasant stay while my car was being serviced. He wasn't mean, but definitely not very pleasant. Just talked about people who have annoyed him in the past.
It took 2 hours for a brake inspection. This was problematic. Then when I asked for the detailed breakdown of Service cost it was not put on the printout. Overall this was a waste of my time.

The associate was very very rude and I was very offended by his attitude. I dropped off my car to get an inspection since my car had a loud noise from suspension. I paid $125 for inspection but the only answer that I had was that my car is fine. I don’t have any complain about the results because it’s possible that they were not able to find the issue. But I was very disappointed with what the representative’s attitude because he almost yelled at me whenever I politely asked questions about the car conditions. My wife and I both had the same feeling that he ignored and looked down all the times. I usually don’t leave this kind of comments but I was very disappointed.

I really appreciate the weekend hours. For working individuals it’s a must have. Everything was great, the only minor issue I had was I didn’t get a confirmation after scheduling the appointment online.

I’ve been taking my vehicles for years now to Midas and Midas is the only place I would go for service due my experiences.
The guys that were working this day were so friendly and I had just gotten a bad flat so I was not in a great mood. They were professional and saved me a buck on great brand new tires for my lease. I was really happy with my experience with them.

I was charged for unauthorized work. The manager resolved the issue quickly. My appointment made online was never confirmed so I walked in.
A little pricey compared to other discounts offered, but otherwise totally satisfied.
It was easy to drop off the damaged tire them pick it up later, we’re are just passing through and live in Nevada, not San Diego where the Midas was at. The tire was about $40. More than other dealers, but you are the only ones that had any interest in ordering only one tire. I own my own RV business and prefer supporting a shop close to where we were staying, then shop online.

The manager Brent was very kind and curtious. He under stood the mental anguish and anxiety that a majority your customers feel when their cars need repairs. Bottom line Brent made the experience less painful. As for the work that was done to my car, I'm pleased that exhaust isn't entering into the vehicle anymore.
Everything about this appointment was terrible. I came in only because we got a coupon and I needed to get my oil changed quickly for an upcoming trip. The employee admitted that he did not know what kind of oil my van used, then proceeded to charge me for the most expensive possible oil change. He was condescending and mansplained three different things to me. So offensive.

I asked for my fluids to be topped off and was told by the representative that they could not do that unless Midas could check the car to see if anything was leaking. Which meant to me that they wanted to do unnecessary check, which I would be charged for when they find no leaks. I needed air conditioning, break, wind shield wipers fluids checked. These fluids have always been checked when I bring my car in for an Oil change, this feels like a scam somehow.Another thing, now you are sent Inspection of your car via email. I think it would be best if they called you during the service or communicate with you during the service. Now, I need an Air filter, which I knew I would as you usually do between Oil changes, and I have to go back to get that done, when it could have been done at the time of the service.I will be taking my car to another vendor to get an air filter change, because this is a waste of my time to have to go back. I'll also have my fluids topped off as well. This was a loss of revenue to your business. Unfortunate, because I have been with Midas for a while.

I came in without an appointment and was immediately helped. I got a call later that day quoting me around $650 for new brakes and rotors. I got a call a couple hours later letting me know they got the wrongs parts and would get the correct ones ASAP but my service would now be costing closer to $900. They got my car to me on Monday by EOD.
I had a dead battery across the street and after I got the car started I came over immediately hoping they could fit me in despite not making an appointment. Friendly, professional, attentive
Two workers became very rude and argumentative when questioned about excess parts we were going to be charged for. Spoke to us like we were dumb. Deflected from the real problem and tried to distract us from what they were trying to charge extra. When confronted about the inspection they became very confrontational. Will never go back. Was charged 250 bucks for a 50 dollar part because that's "all they could get in".
Traub employees that when they promise a time and a customer is waiting, keep them informed of delays. Also, no one wants to hear about an employee's political/societal views via an unprovoked rant. Very unprofessional.

I previously went to another place for a lightbulb change and they told me to go to a mechanic thinking I had electrical issues. Midas did an inspection, was communicative the entire time, and was able to replace my bulb. They also informed me of why the bulb was giving the other place trouble (they had bent a prong). I loved the transparency and kindness of staff. Will 100% be coming back.
