I don’t live in Oxford. I had just left the Doctors office & had a flat tire. I called my insurance company & then called Midas. They got all my information & sent someone to tow my car in. They offered me a loaner car while they fixed my car. They were all very nice. We need a Midas in Grenada MS. Thank you all for helping me get back on the road again!

Overall I had a great experience. The customer service was excellent and that’s very important to me. They did a great job of explaining what needed to happen in order to get the parts to the shop and schedule my car. It did take longer than expected to complete the actual repair as they were backed up, but they kept me updated the entire time.

Everyone was very kind and did exactly what I asked for. They did not have a part that I needed for another issue but was able to get it in quickly and schedule another appointment just as fast.
Went in for an oil change and ended up also having to get new brake pads and rotors. And it took less than an hour! From what I’ve gathered after talking to friends and family, I got a great price too. I have always had great service at Midas and will be returning for future issues/maintenance.

WHOMEVER MOVED THE VEICHLE LEFT SCRAPES ON THE DOORSILL AND DOOR PANEL. THESE SCRAPES WIPED OFF, I JUST WONDER WHY THE TECH DIDN'T TAKE A MOMENT TO SURVEY THE INTERIOR AND WIPE THE MARKS OFF. NO REAL HARM DONE.

Get some compitant team members. No one knows what they are doing, I honestly think my vehicle never moved the spot I left it in. Then I was told it was ready and was charged $36 for fixing my tire. When I picked it up the screw was still in the same spot and I was told by the manager that, No, we cannot fix that. I took my car right down the road and its been fixed, $10 cheaper than what Midas charged. Midas did give me a refund and the manager apologized, and has always been helpful. The mechanics that are employed there have no idea what they are doing.

Midas charged $40 to plug a tire. The part was $1.25 and the labor was $30 then taxes. It literally takes 1-2 mins to plug a tire. I think the price is too much. You’ll did not charge in the past(last year). Even with charging, I understand but the price is way too high
After tires were rotated, car started shaking while driving. I had to return for the tires to be properly balanced. Every other place that has rotated the tires has made sure they’re balanced. In addition, they did not return the lug nut key to our car. When I returned the next day, they returned it, which leaves me to wonder how they knew which was mine and why no one bothered to call and let me know they had not put it back in my vehicle. On the checklist, they had the green square next to wiper fluid checked, but the reservoir was completely empty. We live an hour away, so this was a huge inconvenience to have to return. The manager had the nerve to say it was our “off-brand” tires, which have less than 10,000 miles on them, that were a problem. He even tried to charge us an additional $25 to fix the problem they caused. Oil change and tire rotation was $60 more than I usually pay at another company, so I will not return to this location ever.

Took too long for an oil change. They got to my vehicle right away and it still took an hour and a half. When I picked up my vehicle there was oily residue on the doors, handles and on the inside console, door, steering wheel and in my opinion they should not have readjusted the seats or ac.

I was in the midst of moving. They got my tire repaired and me out the door within 20 minutes.
It took around 1 hour and 20 minutes to finally get my vehicle in which was ok because I understood it would take about a hour to get back but it took 90 minutes once back to simply change the oil and rotate the tires on my vehicle. I appreciate the young man taking his time but that was way too long. Also, the fact he claimed that he checked certain things on the inspection sheet which he didn’t. He claimed my windshield washer fluid was full which it wasn’t. Because it was almost empty when coming in. Also he claimed he checked the cabin air filter which he didn’t because I don’t actually have one installed at the moment. I left feeling that the inspection that was claimed was done not believing anything was done. I even asked the manager if everything was ok and he acted as if he even looked at my truck. Maybe he did but he definitely didn’t verify anything with the young man.
I came in for my brakes and after careful inspection, I was told they were good and didn’t need replaced! I was even educated on what to look for in the future! They did find out why my check engine light was on and fixed it! Also changed my oil at the same time! The service was amazing! I hate taking my car to the shop since I’m very ignorant to what it needs and have often been taken advantage of! I didn’t feel that way at all at this shop! They have earned my business! I’ve also been recommending to my coworkers! Thank you!!

Everyone I spoke to was knowledgeable about what I wanted and explained it to me so that I could understand completely what was happening as well as what to expect after I leave.

I went in to see how much it was to get my back brakes put on and he quoted $800 but he was talking about a kit I didn’t need all of that just back brakes

I brought my car to be checked for my brakes and rotors. After there inspection I was told it could be my back brakes and rotors. I bought them and had them put in by someone else and they did a inspection also and found that my brakes in the front were really worn down and rotors need to rotated. So I spent money on a wrong guess and ended spending extra money.
Everyone was very friendly, I was greeted upon entering, and I got a courtesy call when my car was ready
