My issue first started when the associate manning the desk claimed I did not have an appointment. I responded that I made an appointment over the phone 4 days prior for an oil change & tire rotation. The associate started he was out that day & whoever took my call didn't put it in the system & that they were fully booked, but they would try to squeeze me in, which they ultimately did.Once my car was on the lift, oil draining & tires removed, the same associate said my tires were slightly out of balance & recommended I have them adjusted while they rotate them. After being quoted a price, I politely declined & requested to continue with the rotation. He refused & stated they couldn't perform the rotation without a balance as well, which I know to be untrue & confirmed with the shop that ultimately performed the service. Because he refused to rotate my tires, but had already taken them off of my vehicle, when the mechanic put them back on, it triggered my TPMS sensor. When I called this out, both the associate & another mechanic refused to reset it & said to just drive around for it to go off. I had to pay the new shop to run a diagnostic to confirm the issue before it was reset
Communicate everything with the customer
The tech completing the oil change took multiple vape breaks. I was told I’d get an estimate about replacing a tire, but didn’t.
hire better employees who do not lie about doing inspections or checking fluids, or adding fluids to the customers vehicle

Brakes are worse than when I brought the car in. First stop out of the lot I had to almost stand on the brakes to stop the car. The old brakes stopped when you barely touched the pedals. I spent 3,000 dollars and am worse off now.
Just did not feel valued as a customer. I was just a number standing between them and break.
Because every associate that I came contact with was very nice and treated me as I was a family member. The young man that did the work on my car is always there when go into the shop and is always so friendly. Thank you again.
Friendly associates, honest about pricing, courteous to all guests that came in while I was waiting, offering to make sure my air filter got there in time for me to return home for a conference call....
I had 2 issues. One was cleared up which was they left the indoor filter in the passenger seat with the glove box opened. (I was if I wanted that changed and said no so I'm not sure why it was open let alone why the filter was removed). The car computer was not reset and now my car keep telling me I need an oil change.

At first when I walked into the building with my 14 month old daughter the first man I talked to said my oil change was going to take 2 hours when I was a scheduled appointment! Then a man who seemed way more qualified for the position than him came in and I asked him "if my oil change is going to take 2 hours then I need to reschedule because my daughter won't last that long" the man then said "don't worry about it I'm going to go grab your car right now and get it done within the next 30 minutes, you don't need to reschedule" I was very happy that this man was honest with me and knew it was possible to get my car done in the time required for my appointment. I'm not sure what the other guys problem was but he definitely did not want to be at work that day.

I work midnight to 8:30 everyday. I was tired and wanted to get home. My oil change was five efficiently and effective and I was in and out and home in my bed in no time.
Nick at the Glenway Midas location is the reason I keep coming to this location to have my car worked on. He is matter of fact, honest, and meets the customer where they are at.
Not charge more than promised.Used the website to book an appointment with the $34.99 oil change deal. Wrote in the service requests the coupon code for the synthetic blend coupon code and stated the price. The employee asked me when my vehicle was on the lift which oil we were doing today. I responded with "synthetic blend, the one on the 34.99 deal". Finishes the work, rings me out, comes to $80.83. My comments requesting the $34.99 oil change WITH COUPON CODE are printed right next to the inflated invoice price.

I arrived twenty minutes early and was informed that the technician assigned to my car was at lunch, so getting there before my appointment time was useless.In case I am not given the chance to post more comments - I asked for an inspection because the check engine light was on (which I assumed was because I was due for an oil chance), and the 'low pressure' indicator displayed that all four tires needed air. After my oil change was complete - when I saw my car parked next to the office door = I waited for the desk person to come back and tell me what was found. All he did was ask for payment and hand me a receipt. So I assumed that everything checked out. When I got in the car the 'low pressure' display indicated that one tire was still low and the 'check engine' light was still on. Two days later the tire warning has gone out, but the 'check engine' light is on. I guess I will have to go back to the garage and ask them to check again - which seems to be a pattern over the last couple of years. Every time I have service done at this location it requires two or three trips.
They messed up my car I had no issue before bringin it in now my car drives slow and misfires
Have company equipment to send emails and pictures. My insurance company asked for information that the store could not provide properly. The claim number could go in the subject line, so my car was kept for a week because this couldnt be done. My car was left open and something was stolen. I'm not please and I want me car repair correctly.
The person who checked me in kept me updated and was very nice. I didn't wait long at all for the service.
I dropped my truck off at the scheduled time, 2 hours later I received a call and was told I needed to bring my truck to a different shop, because that shop didn’t have a pipe bender. If I knew that from the beginning I would have never wasted mine or the shops time.
So the oil change was over priced and I had a problem with my breaks they were trying to overcharge me $1800. I took it to a different Mechanic and Paid $400.
I loved that they got me in the same day and was able to service my vehicle. Also there was no rude behavior
Went in for an alignment. Tech claimed the hub bearing had play in it, which was why he couldn't align my car. Hub had no little to no play when checked by another mechanic at 2 different shops.

The store associate was knowledgeable and courteous. He listened to my concerns, asked probing questions and we finally settled on giving the car a tune up. The work was done in a timely manner and on the way I went. Overall great experience.

I made an appointment for an oil change and ended up waiting 2 hours for my car. The service guys were all young kids and I sat for 30 minutes before someone came and checked me in for my appointment. They all were playing around too much and didn’t seem to care how long I waited. The waiting area was absolutely disgusting. And when I brought up how long I waited to one of the service guys he chuckled and said that they were “busy”. They were busy with walk ins, not appointments. What the point in scheduleding a service if they let walk ins go before you? I’m extremely upset, this location didn’t used to be like this.
Communication with my vehicle was great. My vehicle was taken as soon as I arrived. Their was fresh coffee and tv on while I did wait. I was told if my vehicle had any other issues and they remembered to apply my military discount .

Everything went fine except my wheel was a little off. I was never told the results.
I took my car to Midas on glen way ave in Cincinnati Saturday 12/12/2020 on Sunday it was driving weird with blue smoke coming from my exhaust and by Monday it was vibrating violently contacted Midas who told me to pay to have it towed to them.
