Your prices are too high and not giving worthy for that price I have taken a used car inspection I got the report for visual inspection for 70$ visual inspection doesn’t gives exact health and body life of a car where as other automobile are offering a complete detailed inspection for just 25$ it’s not matter of money it’s matter of detailing the inspection

Associate highly overestimated the labor involved and did not properly estimate what work would be involved which created a price overestimate that was much much higher than quotes received from dealerships, etc
I had booked my appointment for later than I thought, but even with a call off, they worked me in since I was there. They also didn't automatically tack on an air filter without asking first. I REALLY appreciated this because, at times, funds are limited, and we know that some places will change out parts and filters without asking. Midas, and this location, is the only place I take my vehicle. Thank you to the wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable staff! You are MUCH appreciated!

Deceptive place of business. Was overcharged for a 100 dollar part by an additional 200 dollars. Charged double for another part. Tail pipe hacked off on the end irregular cut. The manager apologized and refunded 230.00. I thought this business was a reputable place but now I believe they took advantage of me being a single white female senior citizen. Very hurt still by this. They didn't count on me looking underneath my car when I got home and seeing what part they actually installed. They probably get away with this often. Sad experience for me.

I think that the price of the alternator was very different from the dealer shop.I checked the price from the dealer, and it was only $450.But Midas guy charged me $550 for a refurbished one!! + labor charge $250.It is extreme Price~!! the refurbished price on the market was around 100~200 only~!!Why should I pay $550 for the no-new-alternator?I found the truth of the price later, as I was in hurry that day!

Deje mi auto a la 10am, cita programada. Regrese 11.30am y no habían atendido mi auto. Recién 11.45am empezaron. Al mediodía me indican que mi auto necesita cambiar el filtro de aire y de gasolina, les dije que procedan. 20 minutos despues me dicen que no tenia el filtro de la gasolina, les dije que procedan con el filtro de aire. Después de 20 minutos, me entregan el auto, pero sin mi recibo final, ellos dijeron que lo enviarían por email.
