I checked my tire pressure when I got home and all 4 tires were between 23-24.5 psi on tires with a 29 psi recommendation. That is highly unacceptable after all 4 tires were rotated and balanced at the store.Glad I checked them!!

I called and was quoted $140/ hr for labor, they told me it would be cheaper if I brought my own part, so I did ( oil gasket , $40. And an hour of time spend driving extra to go get it and bring it back in time to save the money. I clearly stated I needed it to be as cheap.as possible as I was limited on funds. They said that'd be 90$ cheaper of I brought the part myself. They told me at 530p they'd have it finished by 6p. They did indeed finish in just under 30 minutes and instead of charging me $70, they charged me $290. When I questioned them they said the labor was higher because I brought my own part. When I told them they said to bring my own part as it would be cheaper, they said the part was cheaper but the computer makes them charge 1 1/2 hours even if it only took 1/2 hour. The math doesn't add up. At 140$/hr and it only taking 1/2an hour, that should have been 70$. I had a 30$ off coupon and they said they removed that bringing my total down to the 287.00 I was charged
I understand Midas is a franchise owned enterprise so some services I can do myself would be more economical to perform myself, however, when you don’t have the time to do it yourself , you will pay quite a premium to have it done for you.

I’ve used this particular Midas location for years. Every single experience has been top notch. The guys are all working hard to get the cars done. The manager at the desk is so kind pleasant and professional. While waiting for my car I observed him diffuse a few angry customers who had to wait a little longer than anticipated.

We had this car in for a checkup about 4 months ago. It seems odd that no one found this problem then.
I was able to schedule the appointment on line and then I went in and they had it fixed before the appointment window even started.

Heavy handed sales tactics. Don't trust the advisor. Came in for a check engine light, claimed I needed to replace the whole EVAP canister and several sensors... he ordered the wrong part and reused the same sensor and part and said it should be fine. If it is fine why did I need to buy it in the first place. I don't believe this guy and feel as though he was dishonest. If I didn't need the part after the fact, why did I need it in the first place and what other parts did I not need. He claimed I needed to replace 4 parts and 2 sensors. He only replaced 3 parts and 1 sensor but now it should be fine.

In February of 2021 I had my oil changed they lost my keyfob the manager at the time gave me 5 free oil changes (he is no long their. Then the 1st time after that I got my oil changed the manager honored the card (again that manager is no long their) this time I went to get a oil change and this manager would not except the card. When they lost my keyfob I was without my car for over 24 hours and luckily they found my keyfob. I had to get someone to drive me home over 30 minutes away and then had to have someone pick me up and take me to work the next day again over 30 months away

This was the second time I had to come in for brake noise. It's still there. The service manager told me it's just dirt hung up between the pads and rotor. B.S. I don't understand this at all. There should be no noise at all especially on the second time it took the car back. "Just need to drive the car more" I was told. Again, this was the second time I needed to have the noise inspected. Secondly, I took my other car, a Toyota Venza in for front end alignment. When I picked up the car, I was not given a diagnostic report on what was out of alignment. I was told their printer was down, and it has been down for six months. WHAT?? When I asked more about this, I was verbally told what the adjustment was. WHAT?? Finally, I asked for a cabin air replacement. I was charged almost $60.00. WHAT?? This is a $20 part. I understand labor costs but not that much to replace a filter. I really don't understand what has been going on here.
If you do a alignment job yiu should be able to produce a print out of what was wrong and how you fixed it. I never received that info so how do I know the work got done. I suggest that location gets that fixed
Staff and Manager were friendly, staff dropped me off at home to wait the 4+ hours for the repairs. An item left off initial estimate was covered by the Manager. When a back-plate was grinding the following day, they took care of it promptly at no cost.
I was surprised that the tire repair was free. I was expecting to pay for the service so I was pleasantly surprised. I also expect to wait hours and they had my tire fixed within an hour.
When a customer makes an appointment for repairs, the manager shouldn't need to ask who you are and the reason for the visit. Don't your managers check their appointment log before opening???Not good business practice.
